Refund Policy

We value our customers and strive to ensure a smooth experience. In case of a genuine reason for cancellation or refund, we will process the refund within 5-7 working days from our end.

Cancellation Policy

• 25% retention charges, if cancelled more than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival.
• 50% retention charges, if cancelled more than 20 days prior to scheduled arrival (but less than 45 days).
• 100% retention charges, if cancelled less than 20 days prior to scheduled arrival.
• Change in guest / guests names would be treated as Cancellation.
